We do not accept refunds.
Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable, and additional shipping may be charged for exchange shipments.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@studioheartbreak.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. For damaged items, please photograph the item on a flat, well-lit surface. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
Incorrect address or returned package
If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, redelivery may require a new shipping fee and partial item fee. Studio Heartbreak does not cover redelivery or rerouting costs caused by customer address errors.
