Refunds and exchanges

We do not accept refunds.

Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable, and additional shipping may be charged for exchange shipments.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Please send us an email at support@studioheartbreak.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item on a flat, well-lit surface. We will work with you to make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Shipping timing depends on the current shop batch and fulfillment window. Any preorder or delayed-shipping timing will be listed on the product page or shop announcement. You will receive tracking when your order ships.

Duties and import taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local delivery fees charged by their country or carrier unless checkout explicitly says those fees are prepaid. Some countries require recipient tax IDs or local customs identifiers before a label can be purchased.

Address issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If an order has not shipped yet, contact support@studioheartbreak.com as soon as possible with your order number. Studio Heartbreak is not responsible for redelivery, rerouting, replacement, or return costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses.

Privacy

Studio Heartbreak uses Shopify to operate this storefront, process checkout, manage orders, and send shipping and order updates. When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it, including your name, email address, shipping address, purchased items, and any order notes you provide.

We use order information to process payments, fulfill shipments, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and keep required records. We do not sell customer personal information. Shipping carriers and fulfillment tools may receive the information needed to deliver your package.

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate order and shipping information, review product timing and availability before checkout, and contact us promptly if order details need correction before fulfillment.
