Our Kickstarter backers and patreon members were given 24hr early access to the store, as a thank you for their support!
All of our email list subscribers were also given 12hr early access to the store. If you would like to join the email list, you can put your name down here!
Stock
This is a VERY LOW STOCK runoff sale of our Kickstarter merch. We are not planning on reprinting any of these items! While we plan on creating more designs in the future, it most likely won't be for another few months.
Timeline
Our shipping period will be from the end of March to the beginning of April. Please plan accordingly!
Shipping
We are only shipping to US and the Philippines. We’re a small team, and had significant difficulties offering worldwide shipping on our Kickstrater campaign. In order for us to be able to ensure proper delivery of all packages, we are limiting shipping. If you’re a backer, you can read Update #15 in order to view a longer explanation! Using a proxy/having a friend receive your package is totally fine, as long as you assume responsibility over that leg of the trip.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
Refunds / Exchanges
We do not accept refunds.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs and may have to charge a new shipping cost to send you any new items. All exchanges must be in brand new and unused condition. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.
My order is missing an item / broken / etc.
Please send us an email at [email protected]! Send us a clear photo of the damaged item on a flat, well-lit surface, and we will work with you to make sure you're satisfied with your order! This simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution for you.
I used the wrong address when submitting my order!
Please email us ASAP so we can correct your order before it ships. If it has already been sent out, we advise you to contact your local postal service with your tracking number to make new delivery arrangements for your order. Studio Heartbreak will not cover redelivery or rerouting costs due to customer errors. If the package is returned to us due to an incomplete/wrong address and redelivery is required, a new shipping and partial item fee will be charged.
